水源熱泵機(jī)組工作原理
水源熱泵機(jī)組是利用地球表面淺層水源中吸收的太陽能和地?zé)崮芏纬傻牡蜏氐臀粺崮苜Y源,采用熱泵原理,通過少量的高位電能輸入,實(shí)現(xiàn)低位熱能向高位熱能轉(zhuǎn)移的一種技術(shù)。水源熱泵機(jī)組工作的大致原理是,夏季將建筑物中的熱量轉(zhuǎn)移到水源中,由于水源溫度低,所以可以高效地帶走熱量,而冬季,則從水源中提取熱量。
The water source heat pump unit is a low temperature and low level thermal resource formed by absorbing solar energy and geothermal energy from shallow water sources on the earth's surface. By using the principle of heat pump, a technology of transferring low-level heat to high level heat energy is realized by input of a small number of high electric energy. The basic principle of water source heat pump is to transfer heat from buildings to water sources in summer. Because of low water temperature, they can efficiently take heat, while in winter, heat is extracted from water.
水源熱泵機(jī)組在制冷模式時(shí),高溫高壓的制冷劑氣體從壓縮機(jī)出來進(jìn)入冷凝器,制冷劑向冷卻水中放出熱量,形成高溫高壓液體,并使冷卻水水溫升高。制冷劑再經(jīng)過膨脹閥膨脹成低溫低壓液體,進(jìn)入蒸發(fā)器吸收冷凍水中的熱量,蒸發(fā)成低壓蒸汽,并使冷凍水水溫降低。低壓制冷劑蒸汽又進(jìn)入壓縮機(jī)壓縮成高溫高壓氣體,如此循環(huán)在蒸發(fā)器中獲得冷凍水。
When the water source heat pump unit is in the refrigeration mode, the refrigerant gas from high temperature and high pressure comes out of the compressor and enters the condenser. The refrigerant releases heat to the cooling water, forming high temperature and high pressure liquid, and makes the cooling water and water temperature rise. The refrigerant is expanded into low temperature and low pressure liquid through expansion valve, and enters the evaporator, absorbs the heat of frozen water, evaporates into low pressure steam, and reduces the temperature of frozen water. The low pressure refrigerant steam enters the compressor and compresses into the high temperature and high pressure gas, so it circulates in the evaporator to get the frozen water.

In the heating mode, the refrigerant gas from high temperature and high pressure comes out of the compressor and enters the condenser. The refrigerant releases heat into the heating water and then is cooled to high pressure liquid, and the water temperature of the heating water rises. The refrigerant is expanded into low temperature and low pressure liquid through expansion valve, and enters the evaporator, absorbs the heat from the low temperature heat source, evaporates into low pressure steam, and reduces the temperature and water temperature of the low temperature heat source.
