地源熱泵是一種利用地下淺層地熱資源的既可供熱又可制冷的高效節(jié)能空調系統(tǒng)。地源熱泵通過輸入少量的高品位能源，實現(xiàn)低溫位熱能向高溫位轉移。地能分別在冬季作為熱泵供暖的熱源和夏季空調的冷源，即在冬季，把地能中的熱量取出來，提高溫度后，供給室內采暖；夏季，把室內的熱量取出來，釋放到地能中去。地源熱泵系統(tǒng)的主要優(yōu)點：

1、高效：一般空調對著空氣換熱稱為風冷熱泵，缺點在于天氣炎熱或者寒冷需要冷量或熱量時效率反而下降。地溫一年四季基本恒定在16℃左右，略高于該地區(qū)平均溫度1到2度，使得熱泵無論在制冷或制熱工況中均處于高效率點。

3、環(huán)保：供熱時沒有燃燒過程，避免了排煙污染，供冷時省了冷卻塔，避免了噪音及霉菌污染。
