地源熱泵系統(tǒng)被稱為二十一世紀的綠色空調(diào)技術，現(xiàn)廣泛應用于辦公樓、別墅、學校、酒店、醫(yī)院等，有突出的節(jié)能性。作為一種新能源技術，地源熱泵系統(tǒng)得到的不僅僅是掌聲，還有不少人對其的質(zhì)疑，效果不好等諸如此類的問題。綜其緣由，與地源熱泵管材質(zhì)量的好壞有密不可分的直接關系。一旦使用劣質(zhì)管材，地源熱泵系統(tǒng)可能就會成為雞肋。

地源熱泵系統(tǒng)的室外管材主要有：室外管道用管材和地暖鋪設管材。

1、地埋管

1, buried pipe

地埋管有DE25、DE32、DE40等規(guī)格，但大多數(shù)為DE25和DE32 規(guī)格，其中DE25規(guī)格一般適用于單U型埋管，而DE32規(guī)格一般適用于雙U型埋管。目前地埋管的預埋深度一般可以達到100m左右，其壓力等級多為1.0MPa 以上。地埋管管材一般為盤卷形式，在工地現(xiàn)場展開，盤管盤架的直徑不應小于管材外徑的18倍，展開長度由工程設計要求決定。

地源熱泵系統(tǒng)的主管一般采用DE40~DE63規(guī)格，部分大型項目可達到或超過DE110。主管的壓力等級一般采用1.0MPa 以上。主管的長度根據(jù)工程設計確定，有時由于地理位置或地質(zhì)條件的限制，地埋管的鋪設可能需要遠離建筑物1到2公里，這時需配備較長的主管。

的連通，形成水路循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，目前管材與U型彎的連接一般采用電熔套筒連接。由于下井較深，井中的水對管材的浮力較大，需在U型彎頭的中間部位設置一個長螺栓，施工人員利用金屬桿，通過長螺栓將管材壓到預定深度的水中；固定支架的作用是使地埋管材之間保持固定的距離，以免管材之間由于距離過近而影響導熱效果。在井下一般每隔1米或2米需要配備1只固定支架，因此用量較大。
